Dr. Will uses an evidence-based methodology known as positive psychology. Traditional psychology tends to focus on weakness, disorders and dependencies causing it longer to achieve wellness. The Life Navigation series with its positive psychology framework resolves to lessen the time of well-being.
This coaching series starts out with understanding the key components of well-being, by using The Sailboat Metaphor. This metaphor will serve as a framework, addressing the functions of the human journey.
In the Life Navigation Series, water represents our life domains which are the areas of our lives such as friends, work, hobbies and so on. Attention to have we balance these domains and prioritizing those that are most valuable.
This is about understanding and managing emotional intelligence to handle everyday stress and develop meaningful and deep relationships fostering higher levels of well-being.
The latest Pew Report in 2024 has stated the they rate of depression and anxiety has reached and all time high. In this Life Navigation series, We we cover the concepts of meaning and values which will link to well-being and sustainable happiness.
With Depression and Anxiety on the rise, issues of low worth and negative esteem creates a hostile operating environment for well-being. Research supports the healthier approach to self-acceptance, fostering confidence and self compassion.
Dr. Will offers evidence-based techniques to help you focus on your strengths, core talents and not just fixing or re-fixing weakness.. This approach help you zero on on how to use your strengths with balance and not overuse or underuse them.
In this portion of the series, Dr. Will aims to coach the ability to bounce back in the midst of adversity and equally develop the knack to look out questionable or negative situations with positivity.
The need for relationships are paramount to a fuller and richer life. The key principles in this portion of the series will not only improve current social relationship, but will also help foster the right kind of relationships that are more meaningful and sustainable.
Dr. Will plans to show you that goals and milestones matter. They make people better and increase healthier mental stability, as well as physical well-being for oneself and for others. He will discuss the different types of motivation and how to implement them.
